1. What surfaces can you safely pressure wash?
We clean a variety of surfaces including vinyl siding, brick, driveways, walkways, decks, patios, and paver retaining walls using safe and effective methods like soft washing.

2. What is soft washing, and why do you use it?
Soft washing is a low-pressure cleaning method that uses safe, eco-friendly solutions to remove dirt, mold, algae, and mildew. It’s ideal for delicate surfaces and helps prevent damage caused by high-pressure washing.

3. Will your cleaning solutions harm my plants?
No. We take plant safety seriously. We pre-wet all landscaping, rinse thoroughly afterward, and apply a protective product called Plant Seal to shield plants from chemical exposure.

4. How long does a typical job take?
Most residential jobs take between 1–3 hours depending on the size and condition of the surfaces. We’ll give you a more accurate time estimate during your free quote.

5. Do I need to be home during the service?
Not necessarily. As long as we have access to the areas being cleaned and a working water source, you don't need to be home. We’ll confirm everything ahead of time.

6. How should I prepare for my appointment?
Please move vehicles, furniture, and fragile items away from the areas being cleaned. We'll handle the rest and keep you informed before and after the job.
